OUR STORY: FROM PERSONAL SACRIFICE TO COMMUNITY SERVICE

At 47, Jay Fields is the dedicated owner of FieldTech Restoration Group, a disaster restoration and mold remediation company he took over in his 20s. When his mother was diagnosed with cancer, his father needed to stay home to care for her until she passed.  Without hesitation, Jay Fields stepped in to run the business, providing stability so his dad could focus on family during their hardest time.

That act of quiet sacrifice launched a 20+ year journey of hard work and service. Today, he works tirelessly - day and night - responding to emergencies, rebuilding homes and businesses with his team, and supporting his own family: his wife, children, and two dogs.  A committed Christian conservative and local family man, he coaches baseball, stays active, and leads with faith and integrity.

He’s not chasing headlines; he’s the guy who answers 3am calls during storms, coaching baseball from the infield, and treats every client like family. Through every restoration, he turns tragedy into hope - proving real heroism is showing up, day after day, for the people and community he loves.
